I have been on two flights were the flight takes off, and as the flight is going up into the sky, i felt a bump as the plane was flying up. What is that bump?

It is the landing- gear door closing. That's all. :)

That bump is the wheels folding up into the body of the plane.

Most likely the landing gear retracting
It could also be the flaps retracting (although that's accompanied by a loud whining noise).

that is the wheels being tucked in and the flap being closed,
this makes the plane more streamline in flight.
