If one were in a ship traveling at light speed, would that ship create a gravity disturbance because of said speed?

Mass increases with speed, so any ship travelling AT lightspeed would have infinite mass. That shoud definitely show up!
It's also part of the reason light speed isn't possible. Oddly, FASTER than light travel IS theoretically possible. Go figure!
