Humans don't have silica compunds in their bodies. There is not sand flowing through our veins or ingrained into our muscles and bones. Of course, it is possible to ingest sand and any small foreign elements through our food and into our digestive system, (despite the dropped ten-second food rule ; ) )but our system will not take in any chemicals it doesn't find useful and pass them through.
Many elements found in stones, other than beach sand (silica), like carbon, calcium, iron, etc. are very common throughout the human body, but of course are not solidified to the extent to form small pebbles because they haven't been exposed to rock-forming pressures and other variables.

Usually no. If so, only very little, like random grains that happened to be in their food or something.

Some birds and reptiles have gizzards and have to have sand or small rocks in order to grind up and digest their food, so they would have plenty of sand inside them. However humans do not have gizzards.

If they swallow some with heir food, mostly it comes out the other end eventually. Human beings do need silica as a mineral, though, so a small amount is absorbed. Some people even take silica as a supplement.

No, unless you voluntary ingest some. Although we do have something called brain sand in our penial gland. Its proper name is corpora arenicea, aka brain sand. But not literally, it is just a nickname. Hope that answers your question...
