I have learned from vast experience across my 62 years, that those that have the most in life, give the least, and those who have the least, always give the most... and I'm not talking goods and chattells... do you agree?

Experiences please?

i agree. i think its because we know what it is like not to have much so when we see other we tend to help more. only people who have never known what it is like to want anything and have had loving family around can not understand and some not out of malice they tend to shy away.

Well the ones that have the Most give in different ways and the ones that have the least give of themselves ,their personal self's and are more in touch with those they want to help. The ones that have the most are to busy to bother so they don't realize that time is passing by and that they have become more important to themselves, But I am sure the ones that have the most wish they had the time to give the most.
Just my opinion

I would tend to agree, generally speaking, when dealing with material stuff.
With regards to knowledge, given that the more you know, the more you realise how little you know, I am not sure how this fits.
With regards to warmth, compassion, love etc, I would say that the more you have in you, the more you give.
That is all intelectualised and not relating to specific experiences, but just a quick reaction.

I totally agree. One of my uncles is rich, and an a**hole, while I am poor and as nice as can be. Yet I will help out anyone in any way that I can even though I often times can't afford to. He would never help out anyone, not even his own family. He promised to pay for me & my sister to go to college and then he changed his mind so we had to get loans & grants. I was going through some financial trouble and even though he could more than afford to help me out, he did not.

In my experience the people with the least are the most likely to be bilked out of their savings.

i think you have a theory there. it does seem all the poeople i know who don't particulary give a cr&p about anyone else other than themselves usually have the better out come of things. im much too soft on people and life, always seem to be unlucky...

I think you are right. Times when I have been in serious need of help, it has been poor Mexicans who have helped me out. They had so little themselves, but bent over backwards to help me. So I try to repay the kindness whenever I can.
