Yes, I cannot sleep at night anymore. I am only getting a total of 3 - 4 hours of sleep per day.

I tried counting sheep but they got all paranoid on me because I never drifted off to sleep by counting them. Sheep 325 was like "hey stop staring at us, can't you just leave us alone to jump this fence...?"

I tried counting cows but their mooing kept me awake and was really annoying.

Yup, I've been going to sleep at 4-5 am and I have classes at 8:30 am. I think my mind is working over time. I can't seem to get to sleep and because of it I'm always tired and am having difficulty concentrating in school and on school work. It sucks!! And the damn sheeps don't help any either!

No, when ever I have trouble sleeping I just imagine my body is full of sand . My body is so heavy the sand is all over my body, my legs are heavy my upper part of my body is heavy, How heavy the sand feel´s. Then I imagine there are tiny holes all over my body ,and the sand is slowly , slowly pouring out of the little holes , I relax, I think how heavy the sand feel´s and now the sand is pouring from the little holes . Then before I know it it´s time to get up as I have fallen fast asleep

not at the moment, but i can definitely relate! for the first half of this semester, i had the worst trouble sleeping! but oddly enough, i got these new sheets with sateen in them and they're very soft and comfy....i've been sleeping great ever since. so i guess bedding really does play a part in how well you sleep....
