I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but if your question is:
"Are all frogs equally slippery-feeling?", then the answer is no. Many frogs, especially the ones who spend a lot of time in the water, have smooth, slippery skins. Some frogs, though, spend much of their lives away from water - tree frogs, for example, have dry, rough-feeling skin.
