Not if it's college-owned housing, unless you're doing it "illegally."

Don't think so, there are limited spaces in dorms, so it wouldn't make sense to take away from someone who goes there.
You have to be a full-time student to live on campus where I go.

I'm sure you can rent an apartment very close to the campus, like across the street from the "campus boundary".

Perhaps if you work at the school or are married to someone who goes there, but most college campuses don't provide housing to non-students otherwise.

Very unlikely. Most schools have very limited housing. They have enough trouble finding enough housing for their students, let alone people who aren't students.

I don't think it is very easy too, unless you can find some roommate that would let you stay in the dorm with them. You could probalby find housing close by though.
