I got the wrong kind.......it's not sootless or odorless. I filled the lamps before I realized it. How can I properly dispose of it?

All the oils arn't sootless or odorless , you can adjust the wic.
If olive or vegitable oils you can pour them down the drain
If mineral oils take it to an oil recycling or disposal center. auto parts store, gas station etc.
If unknown take it to recycling center.

JUST LIKE THEY DISPOSE MOTOR OIL PUT IT IN A CAN OR BAG TIE IT UP REAL GOOD YOU SUPOSE TO HAVE A RECYCLE PLACE TO TAKE STUFF LIKE THAT ASK THE GUYS YOU KNOW THEY CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO TAKE IT.

Most towns have recycling centers. You can also try places that recycle motor oil.

Sit your lamps out on the porch and burn it off, replace wicks and start over.
