It's not really practical. There's no way to get a siphon line in, in a way that'll for sure get to the bottom of the tank. You'd have to drop the tank.
Except I don't think kerosene is that bad. I'm not an expert on fuel formulations, but for instance jet fuel is a mix of kerosene and gasoline, and diesels can run on kerosene just fine. It's made from the same crude oil. I don't think it'll damage your fuel system.
How much did he add? Maybe if you can dilute it enough with premium gas, you can just burn it through your engine. The question would be, how much kerosene is normally in gasoline? A fuel expert would know.

If he accidentally poured in less than a quart in fill your tank on
up with gasoline you'll be fine.
If it was a gallon or more the gas tank straps bust be removed and the tank will come down. The entire filler assembly must be removed and the kerosene drains out of the upside down tank. Good luck with your decision.

heres one way, maybe youll want your brother to do this, take a water hose and cut it on both ends (not exctly sure what height, but i suggest you cut one end, stick it down till you hit the bottom of the tank then cut the other end (leave about 2 feet sticking out of the hole) then suck the kerosene out but dont swallow it, as soon as you get some in your mouth spit it out, then the kerosene will just flow out of the hose automatically.

Pull the tank, it will need to be cleaned and the probable intank fuel filter changed. You will need to change the external fuel filter too.
Ouch!

Can you siphon it out? If not you can pull the tank and physically drain it.
