The best thing to do would be to go to a doctor. Although the bleeding has stopped, that can't be a good thing. When it comes to something like that you should get it checked out as soon as possible so that no harm comes to you or your child.

Bleeding at the beginning of pregnancy can be normal, when the egg attaches to the uterine walls this can cause it...if the bleeding has stopped then try not to worry, as you really don't need the stress on the other hand If the bleeding continued and became really heavy and bright red then I would advise that you see your doctor just for a checkup..believe me I had the same problem so your not over exaggerating you will feel this way and it does stop there the next thing will be getting to 12 weeks gestation then the little aches and pains you will get as the baby moves up out of the pelvic cavity to counting how many times the baby moves and then the last hurdle labour!!

But the most important thing is to enjoy your pregnancy

Now you know your pregnant you will have to get registered anyway to start your antenatal checks so any worries that you may have you can talk to your midwife, above all try to take it easy (which I know is easier said then done!)

Hope this helps and congratulations

Well first off congratulations, and now your next step is to go to your doctor or a hospital to take all the tests necessary to find out,1. if you are preggy, 2. why the spotting and bleeding. 3. just to get general information on pregnancy.

Have you just found out 2day that your pregnant? You need to go to yuor G.P and have a blood test to confirm you r pregnant. Sometime bleeding in early pregnancy can be called an implantation bleed, but u shud still get it checked out. Hope this helps.

There is only a year between your one yr old and this pregnancy, they say ('medical experts') that you can have a period for 9 months of pregnancy and they consider this fine, but if i were you i would go to the doctor and hopefully he should send you for a scan to check you havent miscarried, fingers crossed you havent, good luck and dont listen to crap some others say, some people all of a sudden their opinion counts when really its s?!t, good luck xxxxxxx

it's saturday ... well you can call your local gp... their answer machines should give you a number for a 24 hr service that you can call and they have gps available to talk to over the phone, and if they can't help you then they can give you help that day.

Next time you know, if you think you may be pregnant it's really important to see your gp so you can arrange check up and things.

Good luck & take care

Sounds like you need to go to the doctor. You might be pregnant and your body hasn't caught up yet, which is why you are still having some bleeding or you might be losing the baby. I would go to the dr asap, especially because it sounds like you have been bleeding for awhile.

Congratulations..As for the bleeding, all I can say is that you are pregnant now, so you need to go to your OB-GYN as soon as possible to get linked up with a doctor who will guide your through this pregnancy. He/She can answer all these questions for you, give you pre-natal vitamins, monitor the heartbeat and all thats stuff.

How can you be bleeding and pregnant at once. Those pregnancy test are only 99% sure that is a huge percent but you could fall in the 1% catergory and not be pregnant. Go to the doc and see whats up, something serious could also be happening. -Hope this helps!
