we just got the results back and we were told my husband has abnormal sperm. The nurse that gave use the results really couldnt break it down for us she was just the messenger. Said we need to see a urologist. Can anyone help us understand these results? Thanks

Without having the normal values to compare, there is no way to interpret these results for you. The reason the normal values are needed is because the normal results on semen analysis vary from lab to lab. If the doctor's office gave you a copy of the actual lab results, you should see a column of "normal range" numbers on the left with your husband's results in a column on the right. If you can post the normal values, I can probably help you. Otherwise, you will need to wait until your husband sees the urologist who will have an actual copy of the lab normals and the lab results.
