I too think it is false.
The correct statement would, in my opinion, be:-
0<= P(A) <= 1

Is P(A) the probability of Event A occuring?

Then como, is correct.

If you roll a standard 6-sided dice.
The probability of rolling a 0 is 0.

The probability of it landing in which the sum of the top and bottom adds up to 7 is 1.
