All my friends say that it's a lie that your hair will come back lighter and less if you wax. They've waxed and I've seen their arms whereas my cousins wax and have like no hair on their arms (they use to have alot before they did it).
So which is it? And if it works which product can I use?

So far my hair has come back like it was before I waxed, but it is better than shaving because the hair takes longer to regrow and you don't have stubblies. I've tried several home products and found it's a little difficult. Plus some products don't really work and others took some skin with the hair (ouch!). I'd either go to a professional or at least see if there are any beauty supply stores in your area where professionals can help you pick out a good product. There are different products for brows, legs and the bikini area.

I had hair on my face waxed for about 15 years by professional salons. And by the time I switched to laser hair removal about 5 years ago, it had become less than it was than it started. However, it was still there and still a problem. Just not nearly as bad as when I started.

The theory is that waxing repeatedly damages the hair follicule which produces your hair. Thus reducing the ability for the hair to grow.

I personally prefer going to a professional to have waxing done. As with most things it depends on the person on your your body/hair will react.

Sometimes i used wax for like a week then i found out that the brand that I used was a rip-off. So try some out and if you dont see any improvment in a week then get a diffrent brand or just stop using wax!

oh, ya!!!! Wax does miracles. I am using wax for years and is a blessing. I am not going to tell you that is an easy job....IT IS VERY PAINFUL. But, after u get used with it, it is as if feels-great. You have to wait for wax to melt, and then to reach the right temperature before touching your skin, so you do not burn yourself. I cannot name a specific product, just read the instructions. WAX IS GREAT!

Mabe some spas refer leg+decrease area+different physique hair as a equipment "the brazillian wax." even nevertheless the actual wax is ment to examine with the only one decrease area. The brazillian wax takes to the air each and all of the hair and thats the place they are in a position to bypass improper as properly...

Yes, but it's easier to get it done by a professional because they know the proper technique to get the hair off. After a while, hair grows back thinner. If you want to try it by yourself at home, I suggest going to a salon first and observing the esthetician, and asking a lot of questions. Try Sally Hansen, they have some good products.

I don't know if your hair comes back darker are not...most people don't wait to see they get waxed every month. You have to wax at least once a month...it's better than shaving because you can go a whole month with perfectly smooth skin without having to shave!
