Yeah the brand is Tommy Bahama I like the 'Anchored' style but there are many more.

instead of the foam ones look into leather ones they have better arch support you can usually find decently priced ones online

Bass shoes make the best.My half brother inherited foot problems from his mother and he really liked those.

Yes, they look like regular flipflops. I believe one of the ones out there are Reeboks.
