No but I was sick and sort of guessed because I really didn't care too much at the time

It was pretty much what I expected...about 130. I've actually taken IQ tests from 5 different places and my average score is 130. Sometimes varies by up to 4 points plus or minus. I dont ever count those AOL IQ tests though even though i love the answers...they usually give me 160+IQ but i know those ones are not accurate so i never go around telling people i have a 160 IQ (Alot of people try to count those tests though).
80% of all people have an IQ between 80 and 120. 10% have IQs below 80 and 10% have IQs above 120

I have taken a number of IQ tests in my long lifetime - I am almost 80 years old.

The results ranged from 115 to 140 = quite a difference. Most of them were in the 125-130 range, which I didn't mind. I wasn't happy, however, with the 115 score and knew the 140 had to be a fluke - but it made me happy!

You are absolutely right that there is a lot of emotion involved in viewing your IQ scores. That's why IQ tests are not given very much any more.

I took the WAIS III in order to submit my scores to various high IQ societies. I scored a 167. I'm currently in both Mensa International and the Prometheus Society. So, yeah, it was what I had hoped for. :D

I would hope not; if I had gotten a score and been pleased with it, I think I would be fairly arrogant. I once had dinner with two people who bragged about their IQs, and it was pretty unpleasant. Most really intelligent people always still feel a bit inadequate.

I took one when I was 15. Scored a lot higher than I expected.
