Is it normal to have a period on the 8th and 30th of the same month if you are always very regular??

no, probably not, maybe you are having spotting.

are you having sex? if so the next "period" could really just be spotting and implantation bleeding (if you got pregnant).

you should go to your doctor to find out for sure.

It's hard to say without more info. Sometimes environmental factors can occasionally mess up your regular cycle. For example, stress, travel, recent move, etc. Also, women's bodies like to cycle with other women that they are close to. If you have moved, changed roommates, got a new best friend, etc. your body might be trying to sync with hers.
See if comes at a regular time next month.

A period normally occurs every 30 ish days and varies a bit from that. this has a 23 day difference, so it is a bit strange, but wait until your next one, and see the difference between it and your previous one.

Anytime you have a change in your cycle it is a good idea to go see your doctor. Depending on how old you are, it could just be a change in your hormones. Good luck!

This doesn't sound normal to me but I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.
