I have 2 swords in my tank with a few guppies... within the last few weeks I have noticed that my female sword is prego but the strange thing is I have noticed that my guppies wont leave her alone whenever they are near eachother they are chasing her and seem to be nipping at her although I havent noticed any fin damage yet.. so my real question is should I be concerned of this behavior I have had fish of these breeds together in the past and had breeding but never this behavior I am worried about the added stress on her any opinions??

The stress could be a concern if the harassment continues, which to be honest it probably will. Guppies can be a pain in other fishes sides sometimes as despite popular opinion, they really aren't super peaceful. Guppies can have a bit of an attitude, they are just too small to do anything major about it. (think teacup Chihuahua all bark, no serious bite) In this case though the constant nipping can cause stress that may or may not become an issue for the female sword. My over all opinion, move them if you can, but don't worry too much if you can't.

it would probably be a good thing to get a breeding net for yout tank. that way then, you dont have to go through the whole setting up a new tank just for one guppy, and you wont have to worry about her being harrassed by the other fish.

swordtails are also livebearers just like guppies, so most likely, seeing the pregnant female, they are doing what comes natural to them. just like male guppies, male swordtails will actually swim at the female, and seem like they are ramming into the female, but they are actually poking at her belly. the farther along the female is with the pregnancy, the more they poke at her. its to help her actually birth the guppies.

but yes, if you want to be on the safe side, then i recomend getting a breeding net or something along those lines to keep your female in the tank, but seperate from the other fish. hopefully that should do the trick.

I think that guppies and swordtails are very closely related so maybe thats why your fish is pregenat

only thing I know, get her another little aerated tank if you're really worried. I've seen them do this before too. Law of the jungle, or the aquarium.
