She doesn't sound like much of a friend. Tell her you assume she is sending you a message by leaving it posted despite your repeated requests to remove it. Then cool it with her. Maybe some distance in the friendship will teach her how better to treat her friends and have consideration for their feelings.

I think you are being too drastic. Unless you are say, naked??? kissing your best friend's boyfriend??? pictures like that should be removed for the good of all. But if it's just a "bad hair day" I wouldn't dump a friend over a picture. We all look bad some days, that's why we look so hot on the good days. If you look good all the time, then there is nothing to compare to. Don't you have any bad pics of her that you could post? then you've got something to bargain with.

I think you have Body Dysmorphic Disorder and here is the classification of it: "pathological preoccupation with an imagined or slight physical defect of one's body to the point of causing significant stress or behavioral impairment in several areas".
The picture of you is perfectly fine, but because you have BDD it is causing you to have symptoms of those with psychoneurosis. This friend obviously knows about your problem and has decided to take a stand in not removing the picture of you.
Quite frankly I'm sure if this friend was a malicious person there could be dozens of un-flattering pictures of you to put on MySpace. Say perhaps of embarrassingly drunken moments.
You should probably stop acting so neurotic and be grateful your friend doesn't possess your condition and clearly sees your beauty with open eyes.
The picture is fine, get over it!

Report the picture to Tom, and let him know that she does not have your consent to post the picture. He'll take it off immediately. As for inviting her to your wedding, she doesn't sound like much of a friend. So why waste the money on inviting her if she couldn't even have the courtesy to remove the picture?

I dont think that seeking revenge will help. If this friend is indeed a true friend then invite her to your wedding. Tell her how much it really does bother you, and that its starting to affect your friendship. Dont ask her so nicely, if it get to the point - tell her to take it off or else she's losing a friend.

Don't you get it? She is not concerned about how you feel. The picture gives her one up on you. One request should have been enough. Unless you are just out to have a crowd at your wedding you should only invite real friends and loved ones.

one day randomely ask her if shes ur friend. hopefully shell say yes. then u can say ur suppose to trust ur friends, and that it hurts ur feelings that she wont take the picture off, and that if she was a true friend she would. also say treat others the way u want to be treated. so unless she wants a bad pic of her, then she should take that off. ps in the beginning be sure to tell her not to get angry that u jsut want to talk NOT fight.

tell her "i have asked you many times to take the picture off and you havent listened. you've had your chance, but you blew it. we're already above our budget for this wedding, and i'm not going to spend the extra money on a who doesn't consider my feelings and let her attend my wedding. im sorry, but you really hurt me. its not just the picture that hurts me, its the way you ignored how i felt."... don't be afraid to be MEAN

Doesnt sound like very much of a friend to not care about your feelings. She probably enjoys that shes making you upset- id just back off. and then id re-assess if this is someone you want in your life.
