they are about as reliable as the hindenberg was. tell ya though, the hindenberg would have been good is they would have fixed the no smoking sign before they filled it up with that explosive gas....

Generally NOT reliable. BUT the chevy aveo in many other countries (don't know about the US) is made in Daewoo Factories and are kinda reliable (in Saudi Arabia)
in general, they aren't recommended

Idk who's voting these honest comments down. Daewoos will drag you down financially by always breaking down with rare auto parts and they need a specialist to work on them, which also drives the price sky high. Parts for repairs are very rare so they cost a fortune!

They are a company jointly owned bu Suzuki and GM. They are Korean built cars that are not very good quality. Pontiac Wave/Chevrolet Aveo/Suzuki Swift, Suzuki Verona/Chevrolet Optra.
