No, there are leaders from all countries. Money rule the world.
Terrorists are from all countries too. People are paid to find out where and who they are and they track them down.

No, white people do not rule the world. Put simply, the guy with the fattest wallet rules the world.
And as for the person who said white people have more morals, etc. you need a reality check. White people have no more morals than anyone else. The average Muslim has more morals than we do. And I am white, so don't go saying I'm bashing white people. White people could arguably have the LEAST morals, not the best.

No, it just looks that way until we get served. Other nations have been lying dormant until the perfect opportunity to stake their claim on leadership. I mean, HELLO? CHINA? They could easily stomp us, but do they? No. Because they aren't arrogant pricks who believe it's our country's job to bomb other countries and then rebuild it to become America v 2.0. Instead, they mind their own business. So, again, no-white people do not rule the world.
