As a Jewish guy my Grandmother always told me we were disliked because of our resilience. We suffered a mass genocide, made our way to America from Eastern Europe and all of her children and Grandchildren have obtained at least a bachelors degree since. The Jewish people always seem to find a way to make it work no matter what. And instead of standing around not doing anything to help myself and my family, like some other races I won't mention. My family chose to bite the bullet and take low paying jobs, save there money, invest their money with friends and purchase a business. Very simple. So I don't want to hear **** about people saying they are owed because of slavery and other ****. First off my family wasn't even here when slavery took place. Second you don't see me knocking down Germany's door demanding restitution from them now do you? Now back to the point. I think it's mainly jealousy. Like how dare the Jews after Centuries of persecution want to do better for their family. How dare they work hard and gain wealth. Now all I hear about is how the Jewish people hoard money and top level positions in Corporate America and the Government. I'm sorry maybe I should donate the college funds I have saved for my kids (even though I don't have kids yet) and I'll just move down to the inner city slums. Maybe people will stop talking about me then.

Anytime we face somebody different than ourselves, particularly if they are isolated unto themselves and don't mingle with the mainstream of society, we view them suspiciously. Mass hysteria and hatred comes from somebody in the mainstream focusing attention on the isolated group and for some reason blaming them for something that the mainstream holds to be valuable. In Germany, Hitler pointed the blame on the Jewish people for all of their economic woes. It was not true but it focused the people into a mass hysteria of hatred toward the Jewish people. The ancient Catholic Church blamed all Jewish people for the death of Christ. That, of course was also a lie but they carried it out to a mass hysteria.

Everyone? Why must you lump the entire planet into one stereotype? Not everyone hates the Jews. Certainly the Jews don't hate themselves. I personally never had any problems with Jewish people.
For those that hate them, it's mainly jealousy due to the Jews have overcome many obstacles, and many have acquired phenomenal wealth, and because they were God's chosen people at one time. Some people are'nt to keen with that.

I don't.
However I was frustrated by a group of... well Jewish people.. who I know, all born in the UK and grown up here, and who were glued to the tv and fully supporting and cheering on Israel in recent football match against England. Most of whom have never been known to watch football before. That's just wrong imo.

This is a very stupid question - I think you are trying to stir hate...
talk about opening a can of worms
Not everyone hates JEWISH - (Jew can be taken offensively) people - There are certain other groups that are hated far more.
