I'm glad to be back to my quiet routine, I'm no Queen Victoria, no in Memorium open in my lap, no "dark house by which once more I stand", no longing, as Odyseus for home, or the bitter sadness of Sexton's lonely poems, growing old, fading, not inconsolable Manfed, or melancholy Septimus Smith, or Ahab staring in silence across the starlit sea, or faithfull Job awaiting Gods divinity, I am not like these, I have my dignity, my pride, a lie that brings me sleep each night.
