Sure you can, but is it worth it? I mean gasoline is really too expensive to waste like that. Have it towed.
If you have a baby at home, maybe you can use it as a diaper pail. If it's unlocked, a couple of dead fish under the seat, like they did in "Grumpy Old Men" would be a nice little gift that gives and gives.
Stick a sign on it: FREE CAR PARTS! TAKE WHAT YOU WANT! Get the tag number, go to a payphone and report this car as being stolen. Make a fake tag plate out of cardboard, same colors, letters, etc. Create a personalized plate with an obscene word on it. That's guaranteed to get noticed.
Put a sign on it, "Making Drug Delivery." A personal note from an angry husband. "Stop messing with my wife or I'll get you." Or, "We noticed your car and it's exactly what we're looking for for the next Harry Potter movie." How about, "As a matter of National Security, you're requested to drive to Number 10 D. Street to discuss the Russian spies you've been seen with."
Have fun with it.

I heard someone did that on the news. It sucked and many people are upset. It wouldn't teach them a lesson but it could get you arrested for quite some time. Inmates might set your butt on fire.

Start with a note under the wipers (anonymous of course), then try the police, your local council, and then try the tyres, a Mars bar in the petrol tank, Nitromors paint stripper fired from a Super Soaker on the bodywork, and mirror-grinding powder and Pritt stick on the wiper blades, for that trendy frosted effect on the windscreen.

I prefer to cover the car in a layer of superglue followed by a layer of grass cuttings, loo roll and cig butts. It saves having the fuss of the fire brigade round too - that can be very disruptive when you're trying to watch tv.

It is my contention that you can tell a lot about a person by the way they park their car. This person sounds like one of my neighbours visitors, inconsiderate and thoughtless. Unless they are stopping you from getting out of your house grin and bear it.Too much venom in society already but you have my sympathy and anyway that kind of individual will get their come uppance one day. If you are tempted to retaliate just don't get caught.

call the Police and clarify to them which you have made an attempt or 2 to talk with the nieghbor yet he come off aggressive then ask them to talk to him. he would be greater politie to them and can furnish up blocking off your driveway. If issues worsen then call the police lower back they'll start to be conscious he's not attempting to maintain the peace ,and cit him for no longer conserving the peace. yet pay attention he can do simular issues in case you do stuff incorrect

I had this problem a few weeks ago.
A persistent offender, I let it go for a few weeks, then responded with a typed 'poster' under their window wiper, stating if it happened a 3rd time, the vehicle WOULD be removed, & at THEIR expense.. It must have been jolly effective 'cos they've not been back since!.. :)

Surely you can block them in front and back (if you haven't got 2 cars I'm sure you know a friend who would help) so they have to come and knock on your door to ask you to move

You can do if you want, but if anyone sees you doing it, you will end up in the slammer. Keep a look out for the driver then have a word in his shell like.
