It would fall under the category "The Asker Does Not Know What He/She's Doing". You can just pick the real best answer and then leave a comment... or you can add additional details and "tell them off" then, hopefully nothing to get you into trouble instead of them.

No its easier just to stalk thier questions and then tell them off! You see they REALLY do not deserve 10 points then! That category would gotta be Defeating the whole purpose.

I'm not sure.. I'd say defeating the purpose... give them a thumbs down and vote for the true best answer... the ask a new question , that tells them off... you could preface the question with "wouldn't you just love to say this......"
best of both worlds right?

None of the above. "Best Answer" is a very vague phrase, it could very well mean "Best Answer to Tell Off", so that would not be defeating the purpose. As for your second option, not all retarded people give someone Best Answer just to tell someone off. As for your third option, telling someone off has nothing to do with kindness, unless it is out of irony.

I hate the whole killin them with kindness because they are so stupid that they don't understand that you are dissing them...Ugh my boyfriend says that all the time and i tell him those types of people will NEVER EVER learn. So i think it would be Defeating the whole purpose...

Defeating the whole purpose...
what purpose would this serve...the "real" best answer would be treated fairly just because revenge is desired over fairness
