Speeding ticket on a flat tire!

what would be worse would be getting that flat tire while you were speeding and then getting the ticket when you crashed into another car. or the side of the cement rail.. but if I do have to choose between the ticket and the flat tire, I choose the flat tire, keep the ticket, give it to the other guy who drove off the road

If you have a spare then the speeding ticket. If you are going wwwwaaaayyyy to fast then a flat tire. Most of the time, flat tire is better as there are no points and such for it...
