My question about "recycling paper, glass and plastic" was deleted. There was no bad word or nothing discriminating. They even took me off 10 points.

I have contacted Customer Care. No news yet.

Where can I write and actually get an answer?

If you received an email about a violation, that is the email address you need to respond to.
You state that you think they were wrong to delete your question, especially if it had no adult content or offensive language in it. Tell them to give you back your points. Usually once they review it and see they were indeed wrong, they will give you your points back
They don't put the question back but you will get the points they took away from you

Try contacting customer service, you'll probably get their info through the help section of Yahoo's main page. I tried contacting them there because they deleted my entire account (which seems to be a little anti-healthy-discourse), and it took a few days but they responded, but I am not convinced the message they sent me was not just a pre-written one. Best of luck, may the Shuartz be with you.

That question is a rude and offensive one to begin with you hippie communist!! Go back to French you Brokeback Mountain freedom hater!!!!
