Target, Old Navy, Walmart, JC Penney & Ross all have cute yet inexpensive clothes. Also check once upon a child & garage sales for slightly used but still cute clothes.
**TIP: we always looked up garage sales in the paper. You can look up by neighborhood. Check out the wealthier neighborhoods to find baby clothes w/ the tags still on for a fraction of the price!!

For mommies with money, Gymboree or Children's Place for brand new, good quality clothes. They both often have great sales on their websites for new moms with no free time to physically go to the store.

For low budget, no budget, or frugal mommies who don't want to waste money on clothes your kid is only going to wear three times, go to the thrift store or try freecycle.org a great website where other moms are always giving away gently used baby clothes.

I you are looking to buy great clothes at a bargain price, try Ross and Marshalls. Same staff as at a department store, but WAY cheaper.

Old Navy and Baby Gap have really cute baby clothes. They are relatively inexpensive, yet good quality.
