In order to sharpen your brain you need to work it. Try doing things that you normally do not do. If ,for example, you do not do crossword puzzels then begin doing them. This will be a brain teaser and is good for the health of your thinking. also it is know that omega 3 mainly fish oil is good for the brain. I know that drinking vinegar like the other poster suggested is a waste of vinegar and I do not believe that a sharper brain will be the result of meditation.

Meditation and Yoga help a lot. Also try getting minimum 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day and exercise or play outdoor games daily for minimum 30 mins. Take 2tsp natural apple cider vinegar and 2tsp honey in a glass of water before breakfast everyday .
