I was listening to Sean Hannity on the way home from work in my car and he was talking up a poll that just came out saying that 60% of Americans would not support cutting funding for the troops in Iraq. No surprise there, as I am not sure who would support leaving troops out in the battlefield with no funding. I thought that was interesting, so I looked up the poll he was talking about online when I got home. What he failed to say, is that the same poll also said that 60% of Americans favor a timetable for leaving Iraq. My point is this. He was also talking today about Pelosi and the Democrats speaking in half-truths, but isn't that exactly what he is doing? He talks about the poll being bad for Dems, but the Dems have not cut off funds, they just suggested a timeline for withdrawal, which the poll shows Americans favor.

Hannity like the rest of those hate mongers speaks with a forked tongue. Propaganda tells only what certain people want you to hear. Hannity, Limpbra, Ann the Asp Coulter, and others on conservative hate radio are obviously hypocrites and your example proves it.

Pardon, Sir, but what does one have to do with the other? Not cutting funds, and supporting a timetable to depart are not opposites. It seems Sean Hannity had one issue to discuss, not two. How long does his radio show last? No one wants to go to war, but sometimes it is necessary. It is a fact of life we all must live with.

The troops can die and be maimed in Iraq, or live in America, it's George Bush choice. Hannity is a chickenhawk by choice too by the way.

You have to take such polls with a grain of salt. Realize that 75% of Americans think that our soldiers are driving up and down the road for no better reason than to be targets for IED's. They think that, without realizing it, because the news gives no hint of what they are actually doing or why.
If they actually knew, there'd be a good chance that support for the effort would be about 80%. Unfortunately, the media can't risk telling that story, since it would also positively impact Bush's approval rating, which they're not willing to do.

All of those "talking heads" - Hannity, Limbaugh, Franklen, Olberman - have their own little agendas; it doesn't matter if they are liberal or conservative. They are playing to their audience of sympathetic listeners. Anyone who TOTALLY and COMPLETELY believes anything that any of those tilted people are saying needs to wake up.

Hannity panders to the feeble minded and willfully ignorant. That is Faux News' principle of operation. It's why they have the low-IQ viewer block firmly in their pocket.

Yes, that is absolutely how he works. I'm not bashing him; I've spent enough time listening to him to know that this is true. He leaves out pertinent information like that and acts like the Democrats just pulled this plan out of their butts to present to Congress.

Hannity is not a journalist, he's a hack. The man has no education nor morals except the ones he's supporting at the moment. It'll change in 5 minutes to suit whatever he's attacking.
