Space and time define our universe as we can understand it. And all that happened from the first moment that this universe began till now that I'm writing these lines are related to each other. Every single event concludes to this very moment. But what about our thoughts? Does a thought effect the progress of things and events? Is a thought connected to a death of a star 2 millions yaers ago? Or will a thought of your own make a rainforest disappear after 200 years? How can we be sure that our thoughts really matter in the continiouity of the universe?

Let me see if I got this right. All things are part of the universe both physical and metaphysical, and so are thoughts. So if I'm thinking of an apple without expressing the will to eat it or hold it or throw it in the air, that will effect the sequence of the universe in both physical and metaphysical way? I can't understand how can something that does not exist can effect something (or everything) that do exist.

Are you saying the synapses of your brain are in another dimension....i don't think so. Aside from scientific reasons, common sense says you are apart of this existence...sorry.

Thoughts are a very important part of the universe. The anthropic principle is a principle based on the conditions of the universe being just right to create an observer (thinker). If the condition were not just right to create an observer, the universe could not be experienced. The question becomes can something not experienced still exist?

Thoughts are surely an integral part of the Universe because if they were not you wouldn't have asked that for there's just no reason in trying to explain complicated things if the are apriori could not be understood at all and there is not much sense in trying to answer the ever-questions. So thoughts are part of a spiritual sphere of our Universe. I hope so.

Our thoughts are part of our own dynamic, our actions are part of the universe, whenever we act upon our thought we make an impact, however our internal dialog has no direct effect on the universe other then the fact that our thinking directs our life, and the decisions we make, and if we think negatively we can live a lifestyle which negatively affects the universe. The energy we put out impacts all, thoughts are thoughts but energy and actions are seperate.

it quite is an attractive theory as a image voltaic device resembles the form of an atom, solar = nucleus, planets = electrons and so on, and the universe resembles a molecule. there's a play pronounced as ' The Insect Play' via Josef Capek, and there's a latin word 'advert infinitum' it is used in the define of the plat because it means to infinity. As canines have fleas to itch and chunk 'em, so fleas have fleas advert infinitum!

Yes, thoughts are part of the universe. Universe itself is a big mind but it is on a physcial level and our thoughts are on a mental level. When thoughts are expressed in physical level they become physical part of the universe.

The universe sends us messages and communicates with Earth and planets, so our thoughts co-exist with the universe and communication is the building block of our thought process.

All thoughts and actions are energy and you put them out into the universe as good or bad.
If you think bad thoughts, they come back to you 3 fold. And if you think good thoughts the same thing.

Our thoughts are to the brain what the computer display is to the computer. The display has some effect on the universe but it is miniscule as are the effect of our thought s upon the universe.

Everything is part of the universe. The only things that are not part of this universe are things that are spiritual. Other than that, everything else is of the universe.
