Get off the Internet and go out and meet people face to face. Learn about people and make friends. You will develop a personality. If not, enroll yourself in a mental health clinic and get some help for anti-social behavior.

okay, a lame desperate answer but i honestly think it'd help ya out. Watch some tv. i think sitcoms would be ur best bet. pick ur favorite character and find out why you like them. try to pick up those qualities. Read a witty book, get inspired to have a sense of humor. it can be hard to just go up to people and be outgoing. always try to appear approachable with a smile and relaxed posture, so before even speaking with you people feel a good vibe. idk, i hope this helps :)
