If you remember they have to react to water. So when she dropped them they just stayed there. Superman ends up pushing the entire island out into space, so as of right now, the crystals are still on the kryptonian island floating in space.

Like Jenny B said, they're just sitting there on the island in space. Which is a good thing, because Superman needs those! Lex and his gang only destroyed one so the rest are safe as of right now.
But there's the catch... Superman needs to get them back but they're sitting on a hugh rock made of Kryptonite hurddling through space. How will he get them back???
It will be interesting if this "problem" is addressed in any following movie.

When she dropped them Superman got it cause it went into the water and i belive that superman got them or they just dropped in to the water
