i am 19 years old and i would like to get into a swimming team.... what do i need to do..? what are the requiements?? where are they located??? please help me>>

Check the USA Swimming web site, and go to the Clubs section. There should be some kind of locator, and look for one in your area. Well, good luck!

You could try a local masters team. Check out the website below for locations and details.

Your local YMCA should be able to help you out as well, Google it or check your phone book.
Requirements will vary by club and team.

If you want to be a serious swimmer then you should get in shape by lifting weights. and to get in you have to beable to swim 50 metres
