Worrying about something you can do nothing about. There are enough problems without adding to your stress levels unnecessarily.

As a 43 year old woman, I find it futile to try to convince young women that I really am not old, and I still know what I'm talking about. In fact, those extra years have given me insight and knowledge that I didn't have in my twenties. But it seems that teenagers and twenty-somethings seem to think they know it all, and have the market cornered on cool. Mind you, I was probably that way myself at that age. One of the great injustices is that you always think that 40 is old...until you get there. And you still feel as though you are 20 - until you look in the mirror!

worrying about things done or said in the past.
in this physical life we cannot go back, but only go forward, or stay where we are. would of s' should of s' and could of s', they are lessons to be learned.
the time spent remunerating about some thing we cannot change is a huge waste of time, energy, and spirit.
check it, learn from it , then move on.

Eating and sleeping. I could get so much done if I didn't have to worry about them (and all other bodily processes that go along with them...one in particular). That would be another 8-10 hours A DAY to get stuff done!

The last two years of my life thinking that the man I was seriously involved with felt the same as I did. but then found out I was sooooo wrong. that was one big waste of time.. why do they have to feel you up with all kinds of promises and dreams together to find out they didnt meant any of it??
