he really is hurt. he tore one of the quads in his right leg at new year's revolution. that was back in january. since then he has had surgery, which they put pics up on wwe.com, and is now going through rehab to build the strength back up in his leg. he is not physically ready to return to the fast pace action in the ring yet. he is able to move around, but as far as wrestling goes, he still needs time to heal properly and train it to be stronger

Its Genuine. If You Watch The Tape Over Slowly Of New Years Revolution You Can See His Quad Compleatly Rip Off His Kneecap. He Had Surgery And Is On The Way Back, Supossedly Summerslam 2007. And Anyone Says it's Fake, Watch It And See.

Terry C, I guess you don't realise that accidents can and do happen in the ring, whether or not everything is scripted and fake. Triple H's injury is very real, and the reason Edge has not wrestled for the past month is because Rob Van Dam fractured his jaw after an accidental REAL kick to the face.

The injury is legitimate. It was to his quad (muscle attached to the knee.
Coinicidentally, when this injury happened, it was the anniversary of Triple H's return to the ring from the same injury five years ago to the day.

No its real cuz DX was suppose to win tag titles, and wrestle Cryme Tyme but it didnt happen cuz of his injury
