that's not called rebooting it's called reformatting. afterwards you'll need to reinstall windows
i suggest you get someone that already knows how to do this and then watch them. then you can do it yourself the next time.

If you "wipe off the drive" everything will be gone, right? To do that, simply boot from your Windows cd, tell it to delete the partition(s), then it will relead from there. But ALL data will be gone!!!!
My suggestion is to buy a new bigger hard drive (300gb is about $80). That way you'll have plenty of room and a new drive (they only last 3-4 years on ave).
When you get the new drive, it should come with a cloner software to copy your current drive over to the new one.
You could aslo install clean on the new one, and keep your old one.

i wouldn't reformat just yet first i would check how much memory you have left by going into my computer, and then clicking once on the c drive. I pretty positive that's it's not possible to not be able to delete things. It's also possible that you're recycle bin is extremely full. if it is empty it that should fix you're problems.

I would recommend getting an external hard drive and archiving anything you don't need on to that. If your computer computer is just screwed up, go into your bios set the boot order to boot from CD. Put your windows cd in, format the hard drive, and reinstall windows.

To reboot your computer, power it off, and then on again. But, that wont help you. You need to reFORMAT, not reboot. To do this, go to www.kubuntu.org and order their free CD's (and free postage). Then, just put in the free CD and follow the directions on the screen. It is easier, cheaper, more secure than windows, and free.
