yahoo says its been four hours. but yet STILL it says 'please wait 4 hours to choose a best answer'. another programming fault?

Are you so sure you have the best answer in that amount of time? Sometimes people work and don't get to their computer within that amount of time. How much longer did you have to wait - just curious about Yahoo 'service'.

Time delay according to them is to make sure you get a vast choice of answers before you choose!!

NO...IT just means it's in it's 4th hour since asking...within the hr. you will be able to choose.

You might want to reboot your computer and delete cookies just in case. Otherwise do what we all do and blame it on a glitch. lol
