The people in this country need to stop the madness before the courts are filled up with dumb suits by radicals against public carriers and people expecting respect from all travers. The Media needs to be told not to glorify the Imans and others who are using religion to attack our values.

There is another explanation for the imams doing what they did -- THEY'RE SETTING US UP. They make an obvious scene on an airplane, which they knew would raise suspicion, said and did everything they could to make the passengers believe they were terrorists, and when they get thrown off the plane they sue for discrimination so every American citizen will be afraid to speak up. If they succeed in making us complacent, they'll succeed in allowing their terrorist brothers to take down more American planes and kill more innocent American citizens.

This country needs a SERIOUS wake-up call. Radical Islam is not the only enemy -- Islam as a whole is the enemy. Read the Koran. It is the duty of every Muslim to kill all infidels (non-believers) during a Jihad (holy war), and the declaration of a Jihad is entirely in the hands of the Muslim leaders. And people bash Christians for their views? Hey, at least the followers of Christ aren't told to kill those who won't convert. Islam is NOT the religion of peace it purports itself to be. It is a very violent, oppressive religion that teaches believers they can do nothing better with their lives on Earth than martyr themselves for the cause. How do you defend yourself against a person who is not afraid to die for his religion? The answer is simple: Grant him his wish and kill him.

It's funny that you ask this. I had this discussion with a friend of the family who happens to be a lawyer. He told me that the passengers have a case here. Those imams positioned themselves similar to the seating of the 911 hi-jackers, spewed anti-American rhetoric (in English I may add) did everything they could to frighten the other passengers. They did this to elicit reaction from the passengers and crew. They could sue for pain and suffering. He told me of another case where a man spoke of hurting a cat that belonged to a woman. She suffered from depression resulting from that threat. She sued and won. So, yes they should counter sue. Definitely. The airline could also sue for interference with flight personnel.

AMEN!

They are simply testing us and making people afraid to point out unusual behavior. We need to stop this RIGHT HERE AND NOW!

After these idiots take their case to court and lose, I want the airline and everyone named in their stupid lawsuit to sue them back for their legal fees and defamation of character. Then I want them put on trial as traitors to our country. Their actions are nothing but an attempt to make our security weaker.

Or, someone might just be inspired to take the matter into their own hands and send an even stronger message.

Those imams wanted to stir controversy and cause trouble. That is the only possible explanation for them praying in their airlines.

This is not September 10, 2001. All activities can be viewed as suspicious now. It's sad, but it's reality.

If those imams felt so violated, maybe they should return to their own nation and pray all day there. (yeah, said it.)

Passengers sue.
Passengers win.
Imams declare Fatwah on the airline passengers and you for posting your question.
USA finally wakes up and deports the Imams back to their home country.
USA drops nuke on said country.
End of problem.
