i have aquarius rising but i have a 1st house sun theirs a difference.

So your sun is in Aquarius?
And your rising sign is Aquarius?
Or ..your rising sign is Aquarius but your sun is ...what? Something else?
Generally speaking, inclinations leaning towards (an Aries or Leo) predominance of personality takes into account other complex variables and planetary aspects that you didn't mention. So, who's to say for sure?

No... it will make you a lot more like your sun sign... I have a friend who is Capricorn, with Capricorn Rising, putting his sun in the first house... He is extremely Capricorn as a result... and NO ONE would confuse a Cap with a Leo or Aries... It might make you a bit livelier, but only within the parameters of your Sun Sign.
