why oh why do women feel the need to fall into the category of being a women? i hate when my friends say, oh, i dont really want to talk to this guy i gave my number to, but i have to..
WHY?! why do we have to do anything? if i dont want to, i dont. plain and simple. i may sound like im bitter and a b i t c h, but im really a nice person. i just dont think we as individuals have to do anything.
its ridiculous. and why do girls go back with the same guys after they have broken up more than 4 times and still think its going to work. repeating the same things even though you have gotten the same results the last couple times and still hope for a different one is the definition of insanity...STOP BEING CRAZY!

Let me start off by saying amen sister!
No need to preach to the choir on that one. I am with you all the way. I think that many women are afraid to assert themselves because they feel responsible for someone else's feelings. Even I have fallen into that trap when it came to dating.
When I was young, naive, and albeit a little insecure I ended up with a guy that was emotionally manipulative. He also lied constantly. I put up with his crap because he threatened suicide if I was ever to leave. Eventually I woke up and realized that he was being very hurtful to me and I didn't want to put up with that anymore so I left anyway.
Guess what? Nearly a decade has passed and you know what? That loser is still alive. (I'm glad of course but that man had issues.)
Women need to assert themselves more and stand up for what they want. When I say assertive, I don't mean be a b*tch. I am just saying if you don't want to talk to him, say no when he asks for your number. If he can't be trusted, then let him go. As the saying goes, "Fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice; shame on me.

I've always wondered the same thing!!! I don't get why women do the same stupid thing if it didn't work the first time!! I'm glad to know that there are other women that think it's crazy like I do!!! I do what I want and I don't do it if I don't want to. There needs to be more women out there who feel the same, and don't act so crazy!!!!

Well said babe, people loose there identity all to quickly this can be blamed on peer pressure, like they have to say those things in-front of you to feel important and accepted and want to be the centre off attention, people not just girls should learn to be and do what they want, not what society says they should do and as long as it is morally just they will be happy. If people lie about them self's and pretend to be someone else they are going to live a sad lonely life.

I'm not sure which women you're talking about, but I don't do any of those things. If I don't like someone I don't give them my number to call and harrass me. And I don't get back with guys who treat me wrong. I guess there are more strong, smart and sane women out there, you just haven't had the pleasure of meeting them, sorry!
