a) PO4-3 + H+ <--> HPO4-2
b) H2S <--> 2H+ + S-2
c) NH3 + H2O <--> NH4+ + OH-
d) C3H5O2- + H+ <--> C3H5COOH

conjugate acid of PO4-2 is HPO4-2
conjugate base of H2S is S-2
conjugate acid of NH3 is NH4+
conjugate acid of C3H5O2- is C3H5COOH

PO4^3-(aq) + H2O(l) --> HPO4^2-(aq) + OH-(aq)
H2S + H2O(l) --> HS-(aq) + H3O+(aq)
NH3(aq) + H2O(l) --> NH4+(aq) + OH-(aq)
C3H5O2-(aq) + H2O(l) --> C3H6O2(aq) + OH-(aq)

so
a) HPO4^2-
b) HS-
c) NH4+
d) C3H6O2
