The Republic of Seychelles comprises 115 islands occupying a land area of 455 km² and an Exclusive Economic Zone of 1.4 million km² in the western Indian Ocean. The granitic islands of the Seychelles archipelago cluster around the main island of Mahé, home to the international airport and the capital, Victoria, and its satellites Praslin and La Digue. In the evolution of its society, Seychelles has remained faithful to its multi-ethnic roots. For over two centuries, the islands have remained a melting pot of different races, traditions and religions from the four corners of the earth.

I've been there, very quiet, only one traffic light in the hole country. One night club called BlueRed, there is another small one called 369. The best place to hang around is the Pirates Arm located in downtown Victoria. When I was there the official rate for 1 USD was 5 Rupees, but local people used to pay 8 Rupees. Victorias' population is 27'000 and Seychelles has around 81'000 citizens. Go to have diner in a place called The Boat House, great local food.
