No. All political revolutions fail. They do nothing in the end but replace existing tyrants with new ones ala Robespierre of the French revolution, and Lenin of the Russian one.
All the 'american' revolution did was substitute landowners for the british crown. Now we have taxation, but only bankers and insurance companies are getting the representation.
Civil wars and violent revolutions replace one group of men with guns with another group of men with guns.
We need another technological revolution, another industrial revolution. We need multicultural inventors.
The more money they make, the less need we have for 'big government.'
We need individuals who walk outside the institutions, outside of all the movements, having social mobility and intellectual freedom.

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world.
Tou tell me that it’s evolution,
Well, you know
We all want to change the world.
But when you talk about destruction,
Don’t you know that you can count me out.
Don’t you know it’s going to be alright,
Alright, alright.
You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We’d all love to see the plan.
You ask me for a contribution,
Well, you know
We’re doing what we can.
Ut if you want money for people with minds that hate,
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait.
Don’t you know it’s going to be alright,
Alright, alright.
You say you’ll change a constitution
Well, you know
We all want ot change your head.
You tell me it’s the institution,
Well, you know
You better free your mind instead.
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao,
You ain’t gonna make it with anyone anyhow.
Don’t you know it’s going to be alright,
Alright, alright.
I went through the phase you may be going through and the words to this song took on a whole new meaning when I heard them at this juncture in my life.......its more than just a catchy tune
The world doesn't need to be SAVED its just fine.....you may want to inspire others.....but guess what....you need to be inspired first....work on you..... a revolution is just a way to take focus off of your issues

No, because scum always floats to the surface in any government, even/especially after a revolution.
