I like the habanero, its got a good flavor. Jalapenos are more like a bell pepper. Good flavor but just not quite hot enough. I found some at walmart a couple of weeks ago that were really hot but just didn't have the flavor. I don't remember the name of them but they were very large and dark, dark green. There is also a very small pepper that turns several colors. I think it's called a christmas pepper. It's pretty hot too, but lacks the flavor.

Habaneros are great—I definitely use them more than anything else—but I gotta say I love the chipotles. That smokey flavor is just... wow.
