Does Windows Vista Compulsorily need Pentium Dual Core 2 or it will work fine as Other windows in any Comp?

It works fine without dual core. I have a standard Pentium 4 and Vista works fine.

What will give you a progblem: video card and RAM!!!

If your video card is below spec, don't bother with Vista, you will run in circles and scream momma slap me!

If you already have the pc:
RAM wise, you need at least 1gb. Crucial has a great web program to see what memory you can use: http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/

And run the Windows Upgrade Advisor as it will tell you if you have any other problem areas:
