in hotel Guantanamo they don't torture they use "aggressive interrogation methods" but fortunately they don't use them on actual human beings just "enemy combatants". Maybe Iran used our way.

No, no! They were not tortured, they were simply terrorized the Muslim way, and were made to state whatever statements they were asked, in an effort to save their sorry butts.
Remember that Iran asked England to apologize for trespassing in Iranian waters (a super Iranian lie), and England refused insisting that Iran should free the sailors unconditionally. Getting therefore the poor sailors to apologize and admit that the Iranians are as holy as the next saint in heaven, was Iran's second best way out of the crisis with some dignity.
