I love Irish Soda Bread. Is Shepherds pie Irish ? I've not had a lot of Irish food.

I cant eat soda bread anymore 'cos 'Im a vegan but if you are not you should try it, it is very tasty. The potatos and other veggies in Ireland are much tastier in general than in England .
I'm now led to believe that you can now buy books on Irish cusine showing you how to make the best champ colcannon etc!!!

I had a visiting professor for a class once who was from Ireland. I asked him the same question. He said Guiness was the best Irish food - you get carbs,proteins and sugars all in one container and you don't even have to chew! LOL
I miss that guy...
