Why is my question always posted last? I think I answer pretty quickly. grrrr =(

happens to me all the time and it is frustrating since most people have a tendency to read the first 5-10 questions, otherwise they lose focus.
But think about it, there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of people on y! answers at the same time. If the question is easier to answer, more people will answer at once.
It all comes down to how fast you type.

What's more annoying is when you ask a question and instead of appearing at the top of the page it appears close to the bottom, so you get 3 answers instead of 30, ARG!

If you post with just one word typed then go back and edit you can get the top spot.

I have that same problem.
In fact, when I hit "submit" on this answer, i GUARANTEE that I'll end up at the bottom of the list of answers...
Sheesh!
