Laptops have the video card built into the motherboard, and can't be changed. Sorry, it's one of the limitations of having a laptop. (you filed this under the laptop category)
The model number you provided however, is not for a laptop (unless I'm mistaken), it's for a desktop, in that case yes, you can add a video card.

Desktop or laptop? Info is conflicting. Model # is not for a laptop, yet you asked your question in the laptop/notebook thread.
As previous poster noted, if it's a desktop, yes you can toss in an upgraded video card. If it's a notebook, you're SOL
