Fake bake for sure! You can be more succeptible to wrinkles and cancer if you BURN OR if you go too long. I'd say only tan for a couple of weeks and then just go to touch up your color every couple of weeks. Getting a tan in a controlled environment indoors is much better than exposing yourself on a vacation or the beach when you have no tan. You get cancer if you burn!
The spray on almost always looks orange unless you go to a really expensive boutique and even then, it still doesn't always look great. I would use the tanning bed and also Victoria's Secret makes great bronzing, shimmering body creams to give you a boost of color for special occasions quicker. They had this one called Body Bling several months ago but I think you can only get it online now. They've replaced it in the stores with something similar but most salespeople there will know what you're talking about. These products are pricey but way better than what you'd get at a drug store and they smell good!

Well fake bake Is horrible for your skin, and the spray tan doesnt always come out tan, Unless you get the expensive stuff and use it right, so i guess it just depends on the person, Id rather just not worry about a tan, and if i get one from ebing outside i get one, But i would say the spray is better because it doesnt damage your skin near and much as a tanning bed

Spray mist. But what are we talking here--the DIY approach or the salon approach? B/c the salon is the way to go. Mystic tan is what they are called around here. Basically you go into a big room and they airbrush you. You can get a lot darker (but even) look that way.
The DIY variety is very difficult. You have to have a friend. And it does tend to look orangy. The gradual ones (Jergins) is great but I never see a real difference. I bought VS bronzer and cheap one from walmart that were CREAMS instead of sprays. The sprays are more even--especially when doing difficult to reach areas. The creams have more color to them but you have to be incredibly careful not to end up with finger marks. I think you have to get a friend to help you--especially with back, sides of stomach, and back of thighs.
Overall, I say you get a better looking, even, deeper, more color tan if you go to a salon and get a spray tan. Several of my bridesmaids did right before my wedding and looked great.

A spray on tan is much better for your health. You cannot get skin cancer from the sprays or lotions - but you are at a much higher risk to get skin cancer if you use tanning beds.

pretend bake is large you will get it from abode of frazer and superdrug... it must be extra costly even nevertheless that's easily properly worth it... It wont turn you orange and lasts for roughly 3-7 days, that's ultimate to place any pretend tan on at night and wash it off interior the morning as all of them take the time to dry.... do no longer hardship in the experience that your mattress sheets turn brown via fact it washes off.... additionally be careful whilst your making use of it, use rubber gloves and once you do your hands use a common moisturiser first and then use a cotton bud to comfortable it over the back of your hands. stay removed from food market manufacturers as they make you bypass orange and a few of them do no longer even artwork (tesco)... if pretend bake is in simple terms too costly attempt l`oreal chic bronze or perhaps doves each and daily pretend tan..... in case you attempt dove get the darker one as you basically ought to apply it on a daily basis till you get the colour you elect for in many circumstances for 3 days and then do it each 2nd or third day... I easily have been pretend tanning for years and characteristic tried all of them so optimistically my suggestion is beneficial!!... P.s. in case you have the money st. tropez is in simple terms as stable as fakebake and is even slightly darker.
